Okay, so this isn’t technically a short film, it’s officially my first music video. LOS ABANDONED are a local Los Angeles group that have a lot of fans both spanish and english speaking fans. This modest video has had extensive airplay on Latin MTV. The band and their many fans really seem to like it. It was sort of like making a foreign film for me. It was all shot in one day with (obviously) a very small budget. The front woman Pilar Diaz is a fellow CalArts graduate, she’s also in F-STOP SERENADE. She sings on FLYING RAT. She’s rad.
